1. Acceptance of Terms
By engaging Glō Commercial Services ("Glō", "we", "our") for commercial cleaning services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services
We provide commercial cleaning, restroom sanitation, breakroom maintenance, floor care, trash and recycling removal, and customized cleaning schedules for offices and professional facilities throughout South Florida. Specific scope is defined in each client's service agreement.
3. Scheduling & Access
Clients are responsible for providing safe, lawful access to their premises during agreed service windows. Please make cancellation or rescheduling requests at least 24 hours in advance.
4. Payment
Invoices are due within the terms specified in your service agreement. Late payments may incur reasonable fees and may result in suspension of service.
5. Liability
Glō carries general liability insurance and is bonded. Our liability is limited to the cost of services provided. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or items left unsecured.
6. Termination
Either party may end ongoing service with written notice, as outlined in the service agreement.
